Job Responsibilities.

1. Developing and implementing Japanese local service strategy, planning, establishing, and optimizing the Japanese local service network.
2. Providing customers with satisfactory consulting services through emails, web-based online communication software, and other means.
3. Dealing with customer complaints promptly, tracing the cause of problems, providing quick countermeasures, and formulating long-term improvement measures in collaboration with all business segments.
